the building itself is beautiful and well maintained.
my room was not properly cleaned one day. used coffee cups and water glasses were not replaced, and bottled water was not replenished. i had to call to ask for clean cups.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. I was able to check in early. This was a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is superb, close to main attractions. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast with fresh choices.
The gym could use some updates. The equipment seemed a bit dated.

the building is very nice and historical. its location allowed easy access to many city attractions.
the staff seemed confused, especially regarding hotel policies. i arrived well past check-in time, and my room wasnt ready. complimentary drinks at the cafe took a long time arriving. the breakfast selection was a let down and not very healthy. dirty cups werent cleaned, and water wasnt replenished daily.

The hotel provides bottled water daily at no extra charge. Breakfast includes fresh-squeezed juices and diverse homemade options. The outdoor pool offered a relaxing way to beat the heat. The hotel is near the Alcazar, just a quick four-minute walk.
I waited an unnecessarily long time for service at the bar, almost an hour.
